Luther Acres Apartments is an 99-unit midrise apartment community in Vineland, NJ – about 20 miles southeast of the NJ Turnpike. Each floor has a lobby lined with leather-cushioned seats, perfect for spending time with other residents from the community; out back, a small pond invites geese to rest their wings and enjoy a slice of bread from a friendly hand. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide seniors with an affordable, safe, and comfortable living environment in the Vineland area.

We have 2 floor plans at Luther Acres – either comfortable 1 bed-room apartments or spacious two-bedroom homes. Our service coordinator is also on-hand to plan events and outings for residents to participate in and enjoy. A designated driver also ferries residents on frequent trips into town to gather the essentials, or just enjoy a day of shopping. We have a controlled access system, as well as private and secure off street parking, a sophisticated video camera system and many other services and amenities.
